The accommodation includes 28ft caravan with 2 double beds and childs bed. There is a 4 x 7 metre fully insulated/carpeted aluminium annex as lounge room, plus an additional constructed d/bedroom, kitchen and bathroom/laundry. The kitchen has a stainless steel LPG gas cooktop and oven. The lounge has a reverse cycle air conditioning and slow combustion stove. The hot water system is a rinnai constant flow gas water heater which is temperature controlled for that perfect shower. The toilet is connected to a septic tank (NCA).
A fully screened 8.5 x 3 meter covered decked verandah is an ideal area for relaxing and enjoying that well earned afternoon drink/cuppa .
