Black Wattle Farm consisted of 105 secluded acres located south east of Goulburn. It is 10 minutes from the township of Tarago, 50 minutes to Canberra, 50 minutes to Hume Highway at Marulan and 1.5 hours to Batemans Bay.
The property is undulating and is partly cleared, part timbered with loads of potential for further clearing, making it ideal for goats, few head of cattle, sheep or just passive recreation.
